The doctor and team cared about finding my eye issue. Dr. Heene was awesome with taking time to understand what was going on then her explanation of the issue was easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend

Extremely thorough, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. It’s my go to from here onwards!! Two thumbs Up!! ONE HUGE THUMB DOWN 👎 Don’t even THINK about walking in there asking for another complimentary FREE SET of contacts! Apparently, those things are locked in the Fort Knox for Eyeballs. 😂 They’ll gladly let you stumble home looking for your car before surrendering another box. You got ONE SET—now trust your instincts, hug the walls, and pray you don’t walk into traffic! 👀🙏🤣 And upon further review you may want to RECONSIDER this establishment based on the patronizing culture of feigned Customer service grins which ends approximately 3.7 seconds before the cheap police arrive. After that, don’t expect a freebie, a goodbye, a thank-you, or even a small bottle of eye rinse you’ll accept NOTHING, & like it!!

Excellent experience with Dr. Nadeau here. Loved the way she explained things, like a friend to a friend. I never felt "talked down to". She explained options and anything technical in a way you understand.

Doctor Clanton was friendly and professional. Angelina in the front office was very helpful and, cant say enough good things about her and the staff. If you need and eye exam our glasses, go see these great people.

Dr. Nadeau was awesome. She took her time and explained everything in detail. I will be back to see her next year for sure. The staff at the front were also very kind and helpful. I was able to purchase contacts right away. Thanks again!

Very friendly and attentive staff. I was a walk-in, and I only waited for a few moments for assistance. One of the team members was able to make the repair/adjustment very quickly, so I was able to leave with the sunglasses in-hand rather than leave/return. They made the whole process much simpler than I expected.
