Special shout-out to the lovely Jillian who is the most friendly and welcoming person you'll ever meet. I would come here the rest of my life just to be greeted by her and her infectious positivity. Cristian is the man too, helped me price out several eye glass options and explained insurance vs out of pocket and made sure I was always getting the best deal. Renee is incredible too. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to talk to. I thought we were already friends for years! Thanks for helping me set up and fit my new glasses and walk me through any add ons and how to get the best deal. Very thankful to you and without your help I would have only walked out with contacts Laslty, Dr. Julienne was incredible and taught me a lot of new things which is hard to do, since I've worn glasses or contacts for 30+ years. Thanks for taking the time to educate and explain and offer options Overall, I come here because they have everything I need in one spot, are very good at their jobs (no chasing down insurance or not knowing what's going on), and the number one reason is the fantastic and friendly service. I'm sure I can find somewhere closer and maybe somewhere with better pricing (doubtful) but the peace of mind and simplicity of everything from start to finish are the reasons I keep coming back Give these hard workers a raise and a EOY bonus for always taking care of the customer!!
